Our Process Capabilities

Martinic combines advanced CNC programming expertise with disciplined manufacturing controls to produce components with tolerances as tight as ±.0002”. Engineering teams support new product development, build-to-print programs, and production transition strategies, ensuring manufacturability and dimensional control from prototype through sustained output.

Machining envelopes reach up to 25” × 25” × 20”, supporting complex geometries and large structural components. Parts are produced from solids, castings, and forgings using aerospace-approved materials.

Access to national and international standards, rigorous drawing control, and process documentation ensures conformance to specification across all product lines.
