HISTORY & EXPERIENCE
American Drilling Company traces its roots back to the 1940s through its founders’ experience in precision machining. The company has operated as American Drilling Company since 1963 and has built a reputation over more than five decades for precision workmanship and efficient production. Over this time, the company has expanded its services from traditional deep-hole drilling to include modern CNC machining and other high-precision processes while maintaining a strong dedication to accuracy and customer service.

American Drilling Company operates a 30,000+ square-foot facility in Torrance, California, equipped with over 400 machines and supported by more than 75 skilled employees capable of handling diverse machining needs. Our facility includes a wide range of CNC mills, CNC lathes, Swiss-style machines, gundrilling machines, honing machines, and wire-hole drilling machines, all under one roof to provide comprehensive machining solutions. Our team brings decades of combined experience and technical expertise, enabling rapid turnaround on most jobs and responsive support for customer needs.
