Technical Range
ADC’s CNC machining capabilities are built around flexibility and control. - CNC Turning & Mill/Turn Operations: Dual-spindle, multi-task CNC turning centers with live tooling support turning, milling, drilling, and secondary operations in a single setup. These machines accommodate a broad range of part diameters and lengths, supporting complex geometries with improved concentricity and efficiency.
- CNC Milling: 4-axis milling capabilities enable contouring, pocketing, and multi-face machining using tombstone fixtures and dedicated workholding for repeatable results.
- Swiss Turning: Swiss-style machining supports small-diameter, close-tolerance parts requiring high repeatability and fine feature control. This capability is well suited for components with long length-to-diameter ratios or intricate details that benefit from guide-bushing support.
- Material Capability: Machining support for a range of materials commonly used in aerospace and industrial applications, including carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, titanium, and high-temperature alloys.
